The Chief Timer of the Girls Session is Rod Bradshaw from CCF. The Chief Timer of the Boys Session is Wayne Wilkinson from Westwood. Please bring your own watches.
  • Clerk of Course (“COC”): Kelly Wahl from CCF will be Head Clerk of Course. 1 per team in either the morning or afternoon session PLUS your own runner to ensure your swimmers arrive in COC from your team area in a timely manner. In addition, your team is responsible for ensuring that your swimmers report to COC on time for each event. The COC volunteers will not have time to track down children so please plan accordingly. CCF will set up a Clerk of Course schedule based on the responses received and advise of the final schedule.
  • Runners: 1 per team per session.
  • Miscellaneous: 1 per team per session.
  • T-Shirt Distribution: 1 per team per session.
  • Computer Table Worker: Jennifer Mercer from Evergreen will be the Head Computer Operator. Please submit 1 per team in either the morning or afternoon session. CCF will set up a table schedule based on the responses received and advise of the final schedule.
  • Officials: Steve Job, DCCL Chief of Officials, will create the Officials schedule. We will need 1-2 Stroke & Turn Officials per team per session. If you have a deck ref available for either or both sessions, please let us know that too. As a reminder, a person is only eligible to act as an official at All Stars if said person has been in that official role for 2 full meets previously. Please remind officials to wear a white shirt and dark blue bottoms. Steve Job will set up an Officials schedule based on the responses received and advise of the final schedule.

LOGISTICS

  • Each team will have a designated team area. Our shade is limited to two pavilions, so we encourage you to bring additional tents to set up on the deck to provide more shade for your swimmers. Signs will be posted to designate each team area.
  • We will rope off the reserved area for Officials and Runners and provide as much seating as possible for parents outside the roped area. Parents may also bring folding sports chairs.
  • Swimmers should move around the pool in a circular motion along the back fence, not along the pool edge. We will have signs to assist.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • We will provide drinks for officials and volunteers in our hospitality area inside the baby pool area.
  • We will be selling breakfast and lunch to participants and spectators. You may pay with your member number or credit card.
